Compact, strong, manoeuverable tipping.
Chassis – HM Trailer chassis is made from a 355 grade Rectangular Hollow Section. This gives greater strength for a given weight and does not allow a build-up of material on ledges. These are manufactured in a wide chassis format for increased trailer stability.
Running gear – All trailers have sprung suspension to provide a cushion between rough terrain and the trailer. The suspension has increased travel to cope with rougher terrain.
Buck – The tipping buck is formed from two half circles, ensuring that there is a speed differential when tipping loads to alleviate the issue of material sticking to the body. There is a single, front mounted ram with double spool pipes to speed both the tipping and lowering of the trailer by way of using two spools if necessary. Thicker sides are an option, along with Hardox to ensure a long lasting trailer.
Tailgate – hydraulic tailgate is standard for the commercial dump trailer, secured by way of a pair of hooks located at the bottom corners. A hinge at the top of the tailgate ensures there is no chance of a load bridging in the rear of the trailer.
